As our workload continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contracts Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT skills, excellent attention to detail and a desire to develop within a dynamic business. You will work closely with the Director and Contracts Managers, supporting the daily management of live projects and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
This role requires strong organisational ability, excellent IT skills and the confidence to communicate effectively with clients, engineers and internal teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and eager to develop their understanding of the construction and lightning protection sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily management of all live projects
- Communicating regularly with clients and site teams to update them on project progress
- Scheduling and coordinating daily work for a team of 10 engineers
- Managing and monitoring stock levels
- Allocating materials and stock to relevant jobs
- Sending job packs to engineers and providing project briefings
- Maintaining accurate document control across multiple online portals
- Arranging online site inductions
- Updating clients on the status of their projects and preparing necessary paperwork
- Ordering general materials and stock items
- Updating Excel spreadsheets to track profit and loss on individual contracts
- Supporting the delivery of profitable projects through effective coordination and cost control
- Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the wider team and business operations.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong IT skills, especially with Excel and online portals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset
- Good understanding (or willingness to learn) of construction scheduling
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and site teams
- Ability to use initiative and offer improvements to existing procedures
